Support Facilities - The office has conference facilities that are used by government sponsors as well as for demonstrations and meetings hosted by Laboratory personnel. Guest Internet connectivity is available.

The purpose of the ARL Washington D.C. office is to serve as a focal point for liaison with the sponsor community and to serve as the Washington area focus for program development and showcasing of Laboratory capabilities.
Personnel working out of this office maintain close ties to government offices involved in sponsorship of ARL work. They also serve as liaison between Laboratory divisions and the Washington D.C. acquisition offices. Click for Directions to our D.C. office |
Tasking - Current ongoing work includes:
- Participation in international Data Exchange and Project Agreements in support of R&D related to Team Submarine Programs.
- High-level studies in support of ONR, NRO, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, and NAVSEA offices. Much of this work involves Laboratory personnel acting as trusted agents for the government.
